The Platform assumes no responsibility for monitoring compliance or preventing violations.
5. Confidentiality and Attribution
Chatham House Rule: Participants are free to use information received during discussions, but neither the identity nor affiliation of speakers may be revealed without explicit permission.
- You may not attribute comments to specific members outside the Platform without their consent
- Information shared on the Platform should be treated as confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Professional boundaries regarding sensitive information must be respected at all times
- Screenshots, recordings, or other captures of Platform content for external sharing are prohibited
6. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant The Warhall a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for Platform operations.
Active User Content Control:
- Active users may request a complete archive of their personal data at any time
- Active users may delete their own posts and contributions while maintaining their membership

Post-Termination Content Policy:
Upon account termination or banning (whether voluntary or involuntary):
- User content becomes a permanent part of The Warhall's institutional archive
- Previously posted content cannot be deleted or modified by the former user

- Content attribution may be anonymized at administrator discretion

No Due Process Rights:

- Your right to access and use the Platform immediately and permanently ceases
- Your account and all associated data may be deleted without notice

- The Warhall may retain your content as necessary for Platform operations
- You forfeit any claimed rights to continued participation
- No refund, compensation, or consideration is owed
No Reinstatement Rights:
