No explanation, warning, or appeal process is required.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

Content Violations:

Posting classified, confidential, or proprietary information
Sharing information that violates professional obligations or confidentiality agreements
Distributing false, misleading, or deliberately deceptive information
Personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language
Spam, commercial solicitation, or self-promotion

Platform Integrity Violations:

Attempting to identify or reveal the real-world identity of other members without consent
Sharing private conversations from the Platform without permission
Creating multiple accounts or evading moderation actions
Interfering with Platform operations or security measures
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems

USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are entirely responsible for ensuring your contributions comply with all applicable laws, security clearance requirements, professional codes of conduct, and confidentiality obligations. The Platform assumes no responsibility for monitoring compliance or preventing violations.

5. Confidentiality and Attribution

Chatham House Rule: Participants are free to use information received during discussions, but neither the identity nor affiliation of speakers may be revealed without explicit permission.

You may not attribute comments to specific members outside the Platform without their consent
Information shared on the Platform should be treated as confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise
Professional boundaries regarding sensitive information must be respected at all times
Screenshots, recordings, or other captures of Platform content for external sharing are prohibited

6. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant The Warhall a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for Platform operations.

Active User Content Control:

Active users may request a complete archive of their personal data at any time
Active users may delete their own posts and contributions while maintaining their membership
Users may edit or modify their contributions according to Platform functionality

Post-Termination Content Policy:

Upon account termination or banning (whether voluntary or involuntary):

User content becomes a permanent part of The Warhall's institutional archive
Previously posted content cannot be deleted or modified by the former user
This policy preserves discussion continuity and maintains the integrity of ongoing discourse
Content attribution may be anonymized at administrator discretion

ARCHIVE PRESERVATION: Users acknowledge that their contributions may become part of The Warhall's permanent intellectual record, contributing to the institutional memory and ongoing development of strategic discourse. You represent and warrant that you have the right to post any content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Subjective Standard:

The Warhall may retain your content as necessary for Platform operations
You forfeit any claimed rights to continued participation

No Reinstatement Rights:

Terminated users have no right to account restoration
New account creation after termination is prohibited
